Dressing:
½ C. sugar
¼ tsp. salt
2 T. flour
Mix well then add to
1 egg (beaten)
1 C. pineapple juice
1 T. lemon juice
2 T. butter

Fruit:
1 can fruit cocktail
2 cans mandarin oranges
1 can pineapple tidbits
Drain well but save juice for dressing mixture
3 C. mini marshmallows.

Directions:
Directions:
Cook dressing mixture on low heat and stir constantly until thickened. Remove from heat and add butter. Let cool and fold in ½ C. whipped cream. Add fruit and marshmallows.
