Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
Dressing:
C. sugar
tsp. salt
2 T. flour
Mix well then add to
1 egg (beaten)
1 C. pineapple juice
1 T. lemon juice
2 T. butter

Fruit:
1 can fruit cocktail
2 cans mandarin oranges
1 can pineapple tidbits
Drain well but save juice for dressing mixture
3 C. mini marshmallows.

Cook dressing mixture on low heat and stir constantly until thickened. Remove from heat and add butter. Let cool and fold in C. whipped cream. Add fruit and marshmallows.
