2 - 2 1/2 lb. Chop meat
2-3 Potatoes
1 Large Onion
3 Eggs
Grated Parmesan
Salt
Pepper
Parsley

Directions:
Directions:
1. Bring water to a boil. Preheat oven to 325º

2. Salt water, add potatoes. Simmer until soft.

3. Sautee chopped onions in 2 tsp olive oil over medium heat.

4. Salt & pepper chop meat. Add meat to onions. Cook until browned.

5. Drain potatoes and mash.

6. Drain onions and chop meat. Add meat mixture to mashed potatoes. Mix in 3 eggs, grated cheese, salt, pepper and parsley.

7. Bake for 30-45 minutes.
