1 Cup Butter (unsalted, melted)
¼ Cup Sugar
¾ Cup Brown Sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla
2 Eggs

2½ Cups Flour
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
2 Boxes Instant Vanilla Pudding

1 Package Chocolate Chips

Directions:
Directions:
Beat first five ingredients together with electric mixer.
Combine next three ingredients together, then slowly add to wet mixture until well combined.
Fold in chocolate chips. Drop by heaping teaspoon on to a parchment lined cookie sheet.
Bake at 375º for 8-10 minutes.
Let cool in pan for 5 minutes then transfer to cooling rack to cool for another 10 minutes.

Approximately 4-5 dozen cookies depending on size. Vanilla pudding helps to eliminate heartburn caused by the richness of these cookies.
