Notes: I was hungry for pasta one day and I did not want a heavy sauce on it, since it was harvest time, I used ingredients from a friend's garden to make this recipe. I made the recipe up with the garden vegetables and herbs as I went and it was GREAT!
Now, whenever I have a taste for something similar, I add and take away ingredients according to the ingredients in my pantry, but the main three ingredients I keep are the pasta, basil, and oregano besides the olive oil.
To add a little tang to this recipe you can add some Italian dressing. This additive is not my favorite, but I have a friend who swears by it.
