Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 cup sugar
2 tblsp shortening
1 egg
Mix together.
3 bananas smashed
2 scant cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
Pinch of salt
2 tblsp sour cream
Mix alternating flour and bananas.
Put in a greased loaf pan and bake for 60-65 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
