One Large cup or small bowl
One Tablespoon
I very fresh omega-3 egg
2 -3 Tablespoons sugar
1teaspoon Marsala
2 Tablespoons Espresso Coffee
1/2 to 1 cup hot milk
Whole-wheat toast bread -2 slices

Directions:
Directions:
Separate the yolk from the white of the egg.
Conserve white of egg for an omelette later
Take the egg yolk and place in cup with the 2 tablespoons of sugar and in a circling way mix until you get a creamy mixture and it becomes lighter in colour. You may need to add an additional tablespoonful.
Then add the Marsala and mix well.
Then add the espresso and mix well.
Finally add the hot milk and mix well.
Toast the bread and cut in strips.
Dip the strips into the uovo sbattutto.
Enjoy!

We were healthy and eager and attentive at school.
Then I would prepare the same for my children right into adulthood.
My sons Davide and Dante would ask for it when they needed a , “rinforzo,”
