1# Ground Beef
2 Tbsp. chopped Onion
⅔ Cup chopped Celery
2 Tbsp. Chopped Green Pepper
⅓ C. Apple Cider Vinegar
⅓ C. Light Brown Sugar (packed)
⅔ C. Water
1 can of Tomato Paste
C. Ketchup
C. Chile sauce (homemade is best)
3 tsp. Mustard

Brown beef. In large pot add all other ingredients and mix well. Cook over low heat until thickened. Add cooked ground beef and serve over your favorite toasted/grilled rolls.
