Ingredients:  
1 whole rotisserie chicken, cooked, stripped, and cut into bite size pieces
½ cup + mayonnaise
2 tbsps sour cream
1 ½ tsps finely chopped shallots
2 stalks celery, finely chopped
2 tsps dried tarragon, crushed
1 tsp dried thyme
Pinch sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
1 ounce sliced almonds, toasted


Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken in a large bowl. Add mayonnaise, sour cream, shallots, celery, tarragon, thyme, sugar, salt and pepper. Mix well to combine. Chill.

Just before serving, sprinkle with almonds.

Because I use a rotisserie chicken, this is substantially more chicken than the original recipe states. Adjust spices, celery, shallots and salt accordingly.
