3 Oranges
5 tsp (no salt added) steak seasoning
2 tsp cumin
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 Lb top sirloin steak, one inch thick

Directions:
Directions:
1. For marinade: grate zest from one of the oranges and place in a large resealable bag. Add the juice from 2 of the oranges, plus steak seasoning, cumin and garlic. Add the steak, seal the bag and turn to coat. Refrigerate at least 6 hours.
2. Fill a broiler pan to a depth of 1/4 inch with water. Coat a broiler rack with non-stick cooking spray. Remove steak from marinade, pat dry with paper towels and place on broiler rack. Let stand for 20 minutes.
3. Preheat broiler to high. Broil steak for 5 minutes; turn. Cut remaining orange in half and place cut side down next to the steak. Broil 5 minutes more or until an instant read thermometer reads 145ºF for medium rare. Transfer steak to a platter; let rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Cut steak against the grain into thin slices, drizzle with juice from broiled orange and serve. (Serves 4)
