Salsa (Tim’s recipe)

½ red onion
½ sweet onion
2 to 4 pieces of a clove of garlic
1 Serrano or chipotle pepper (seeded to taste)
1-2 sprigs of fresh cilantro (using just the leaves)
½ tsp sugar
½ tsp sea salt
juice from ¼ of a lime
pinch of oregano
pinch of cumin
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Directions:

Cut tomatoes into eights – crush garlic cloves – add 2 to 4 peppers to taste (seeded) – add all other ingredients to a food processor and ”pulse” until desired consistency is obtained.

*If too hot add more tomatoes and onions
