1 pkg chocolate brownie mix
⅔ cup canola oil
¼ cup water
2 large eggs
14 fresh strawberries halved
1 cup heavy whipping cream
2 cups Nestle Toll House semi-sweet chocolate morsels
Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 – line 9-inch square baking dish with foil – then coat with spray.
2. Prepare brownie mix following package instructions (using oil water and eggs) then spread batter into baking dish.
3. Bake brownies 25-30 minutes or until edges pull from the pan and center is set let stand too cool completely in pan.
4. Halve strawberries and place in rows over brownies – pour cream in a microwave-safe bowl – microwave on high for 1 minute or until steaming – stir chocolate morsels into cream and let stand 5 minutes – then stir until combined and smooth
5. Pour chocolate mixture evenly over strawberries – chill brownie 30 minutes or until set – cut brownies into bars and serve cold.
