1½ lbs. Brussels sprouts
¼ cup olive oil
¾ tsp. sea salt
¼ tsp. black pepper
2 tbsp. maple syrup
½ cup toasted hazelnuts, coarsely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Oven to 375º F.
To prepare the Brussels sprouts, remove any yellow or brown outer leaves, cut off the stems, and cut in half.
In a large bowl, toss them with oil, salt, and pepper. Once they are coated, spread them into a lined 9 x 13 inch or larger pan to roast.
At the 15 minute mark, stir to even out the browning. At the 30 minute mark, stir in the maple syrup.
Continue to roast the Brussels sprouts for about 15 more minutes. (The total baking time is about 45 minutes.)
Toss the roasted Brussels sprouts with the hazelnuts and enjoy!
