6 c. chicken broth
1/4 t. Pepper
2 garlic cloves, minced
8 c. Fresh broccoli, chopped
3 lg. Potatoes, sliced
1 onion, sliced
1 3/4 c. Milk
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Combine broth,pepper, garlic, broccoli, potatoes, onion.

Bring to boil.

Cover and cook over low heat for 15 minutes.

Remove from heat.

Blend in blender until smooth.

Return to pan . Stir in milk and cheese.
