Ingredients: For a Full Crock Pot 3 lbs. Ground Meat - Beef, Turkey, Chicken 4 Packages Taco Seasoning 3 Cans Seasoned Black Beans (mostly drained) 1 Can Light Red Kidney Beans (drained/rinsed) 1 Can Dark Read Kidney Beans (drained/rinsed) 2 Cans Original Rotel 1 Jar Chucky Salsa 2 Cans Mexi/Fiesta Corn 1 Large Block Velvetta Queso 1 Green Pepper (diced) 1 Red Pepper (diced) 1 Red Onion (diced) 3-4 Bags of Tortilla Chips for full pot

Directions:1. Brown meat 2. Add 4 packages of seasoning and add some water (not the amount on the packages). Meat should not be dry 3. Chunk Block of Velvetta Cheese 4. Add all ingredients to Crock Pot & Mix together (except fresh veggies) 5. Cook on High in Crock Pot for 3- Hours - Stirring Regularly 6. Once all cheese is melted, stir in the fresh veggies 7. Ready to server within 30 minutes
