2 qt. bottled peaches, drained (reserve)
3/4 T. cornstarch
1/2 c. sugar

SUGAR COOKIE DOUGH TOPPING:
1/2 c. butter
2 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp lemon juice

FILLING:
In a saucepan combine the reserved juice from the peaches and add cornstarch. Mix well until smooth. Place on medium low heat and cook until thick. Add peaches. Pour into buttered 9"x13" baking dish.

FOR THE SUGAR COOKIE DOUGH TOPPING:
Combine butter, sugar, eggs, flour, vanilla and lemon juice. Roll out dough on lightly floured surface. Place on top of fruit mixture.

Bake at 350º for 30-35 minutes.
