Pie Crust:
1 1/2 c. flour (pastry flour is best)
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. oil
3 Tbsp. milk

1 c. brown sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
salt
1 can evaporated milk
2 1/2 Tbsp. butter
cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, sugar, and salt. Combine oil and milk. Pour over flour mixture and mix well. Mold up against side of 8" pie plate and shape with fingers.

Put 1 cup brown sugar, 3 Tbsp. flour, and salt on top of pie crust and mix with fingers. Pour 1 can evaporated milk over top. Dot with 2 1/2 Tbsp. butter. Sprinkle cinnamon on top. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
