Ingredients:  
3 eggs yolks
1⅔ cup whole corn
½ tsp. salt
⅛ tsp. pepper
¼ cup flour
3 egg whites

Directions:
Directions:
Beat yolks until light. Add corn, salt, pepper & flour. Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold egg whites into corn mixture. Heat oil on griddle. Drop by spoonful on hot griddle. Turn when golden & cook other side.
