2 cans (10¼ oz. each) cream of potato soup
1 can (16 oz.) can of Veg-All mixed vegetables, drained
2 cups cooked, diced chicken
½ cup milk
½ tsp. thyme
½ tsp. black pepper
pie crust (top & bottom - either homemade or pre-made crust)
1 egg, slightly beaten (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the first 6 ingredients (through pepper).
Prepare the pie crust (either making it or using pre-made crust).
Spoon the mixture into the prepared pie crust.
Cover with top crust, crimping the edges to seal.
Slit top crust and brush with the egg, if desired.
Bake at 375º for 40 minutes.
Cool 10 minutes before serving.
