3 C. Flour
1 1/2 tsp. Salt
12 Eggs, separated
3/4 C. Butter, Melted
1 1/2 tsp. Vanilla
3 C. Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Flour & Salt, set aside. In Large bowl, beat egg whites on high until stiff peaks form. In another Large bowl, beat egg yolks with mixer, until thick and lemon colored, about 5 minutes. Stir in melted butter & vanilla. Add flour mixture to yolk mixture, half at a time, beating well after each addition. Fold egg whites into yolk mixture. Use 1 1/4 cup batter per waffle. Bake in preheated Belgian waffle iron 30-60 seconds.
Turn waffle iron over and bake until steaming.

Store in warm oven until served.
