1 to 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
4 (16-inch) squares of heavy-duty foil
4 carrots, peeled and chopped
1 (16 oz.) can potatoes, sliced
2 small green peppers, chopped
Dehydrated onion flakes (can substitute ¼ cup fresh chopped onion)
Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Separate meat into 4 portions.
Place each in the center of a foil square.
Top with equal portions of chopped carrots, potatoes, and peppers.
Season with onions, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper, to taste.
Seal foil, checking for leaks.
Place on grill (or in the oven) for 10 to 15 minutes on each side.
