1 cup flour
¾ cup white sugar
2 tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. salt
½ cup milk
2 tbsp. veg. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup chopped nuts
TOPPING: 1 cup brown sugar
¼ cup cocoa
1¾ cup hot tap water
Directions:
Directions:
Mix: dry ingredients
Add: liquid ingredients
Mix till smooth.
Stir in nuts and spread into a 9x9 inch pan.
Sprinkle brown sugar and cocoa over cake batter.
Pour hot water over all.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 min.
Let stand for 15 min,
serve with vanilla ice cream
