1 Tbsp. olive oil
2 - 4 cloves garlic, chopped
2 cans minced clams (save juice)
1 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
1 tsp. fresh basil (or ¼ tsp. dried basil)
pinch oregano
pinch black pepper

Served over linguine.

Directions:
Cook linguine, according to instructions on the box. While linguine is cooking; prepare the clam sauce.
In skillet, heat olive oil.
When hot, sauté garlic until fragrant (less than a minute).
Add clams and spices. Heat until hot, but do not overcook.
Add juice from clams. Heat through.
Serve over linguine.
