1 medium potato grated
1 medium onion grated
4 cabbage leaves grated
2 carrots grated
2 garlic cloves
1/4 cup cauliflower cut up small
1 parsnip
1/8 cup cilantro
1 tsp ground or fresh tumeric
1/2 cup all purpose or chickpea flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp chili
1 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cardamon
1 tsp garam masala

Directions:

Mix flour with spices and baking powder.
Add vegetables, stir.
Pour olive oil in pan to cover bottom well.
Cook on both sides until brown and cooked through.
Use whatever vegetables you have on hand.
