2 pkg. yeast
1 tbsp. sugar
¼ cup very warm water ( 112 degree )
2 cups warm whole milk
4½ cups flour
½ cup sugar
1½ tsp salt
4 egg yolks beaten
½ cup lard or ¾ cup butter

Directions:
dissolve 2 pkg yeast and 1 tbsp sugar into ¼ cup very warm water, rest for 5 min,
With a beater on slow add 2 cups flour, 2 cups warm milk, ½ cup white sugar and 1½ tsp salt
Add: 1 cup of flour,beaten egg yolks and lard or butter mix well
Add: 1½ cup four
Let rise till double in bulk
this dough is very soft. use a ice cream scoop or a large spoon to make buns on a cookie sheet. let rise till double in size
make indentations in the middle of each bun, you can fill with pie filling or use a favorite jam
bake for 10 min in a 425 degree oven
