5-6 sweet potatoes ( 3 cups cooked and mashed)
1 cup white sugar
1 stick butter ( room temp. not mashed)
½ cup milk
2 eggs beaten
1 tsp. vanilla

beat all together and pour into a greased casserole dish

1 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup all purpose flour
1 cup chopped pecans
1/3 stick butter ( melted )
1 bag miniature marshmallows
Directions:
Directions:
mix all the ingredients together and pour over sweet potato mixture
bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. pour marshmallows over topping and bake till the marshmallows turn golden brown.
