Badlands Indian Taco topping
Ingredients:

1 pkg yeast
1 tbsp white sugar
¼ cup warm water (112 degree)
2½ cups all purpose flour
¼ cup corn meal
¼ cup Masa
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp baking powder
1 cup warm water
Directions:
Directions:
Mix: yeast, sugar and 1/4 cup very warm water. set aside
Whisk: all purpose flour, corn meal, Masa, salt, and baking powder together
Combine: yeast and flour mixture together alternating 1 cup very warm water alternately until a soft dough develops
knead for 5 min. put in large bowl that has been oiled, turn dough over, place plastic wrap over bowl sealing edges. Let rise 1 hour
Take a small ball of dough, using your hands, shape it into a round, deep fry in electric skillet at 350 degrees, when golden brown flip the dough and wait till that side is golden, continue till all dough has been used.
 

Topping For Indian Tacos

cilantro
onion
tomatoes
hamburger
taco seasoning
refried beans
shredded cheese

shred lettuce
chop cilantro
chop onion
chop tomatoes
fry hamburger with taco seasoning
heat refried beans
layer fry bread with refried beans, lettuce, cilantro, onion, tomatoes, seasoned hamburger and shredded cheese
