1 lb. - regular pork sausage
1 24oz jar - spaghetti sauce
1½ cups - water
1 15oz pkg. - ricotta cheese
2 cups - shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)
½ cup - grated parmesan cheese
2 - eggs
¼ cup - chopped fresh parsley
½ tsp. - salt
¼ tsp. - pepper
1 8oz pkg. - Skinner lasagna noodles, uncooked

Preheat oven to 350º F.

In a large saucepan cook sausage till browned and crumbled. Drain off excess grease. Add in spaghetti sauce and water. Bring to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes.

In a separate bowl mix together ricotta cheese, one cup of the mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, eggs, parsley, salt, and pepper.

Pour one cup of the sauce mixture on the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish. Arrange three uncooked pasta pieces lengthwise over the sauce. Cover pasta with one cup of sauce and then spread half of the cheese mixture on top. Repeat for second layer: pasta, sauce, cheese mixture. Top with a layer of pasta, remaining sauce, and one cup of mozzarella cheese. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes.

Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
