1 8oz can - crescent dinner rolls
1 16oz pkg. - regular breakfast sausage
4 - eggs
¾ cup - milk (or half & half)
½ tsp. - salt
¼ tsp. - pepper
¼ tsp. - oregano

Optional Ingredients: green peppers, black olives, diced onions, mushrooms, etc.

Preheat oven to 425º F

Cook sausage till browned and crumbled. Strain off excess grease.

Separate dough into two large rectangles. Place dough in ungreased 9"x13" pan; press over bottom and ½ inch up the sides to form a crust (seal perforations). Sprinkle crust with sausage and cheese.

In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and seasonings. Pour egg mixture over the crust.

Bake for 20-25 minutes till deep golden brown.
