4 # red potatoes
1 doz. Eggs
1 onion

1 1/2 c. Lite miracle whip
1/2 c. mustard
Pinch of fat free half and half to desires consistency
1/2 T. sugar
salt and pepper to taste.
Directions:
Directions:
Stir dressing and fold in potatoes and eggs.

Save a few eggs to decorate the top. Sprinkle with a dash of paprika
