Bone-In Sliced Pork Steaks

Pam Cooking Spray

Directions:
Directions:
Spray baking pan with Pam cooking spray. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Arrange pork steaks in single layer and top with salt and pepper. Add a little water and cover with aluminum foil. Bake slowly, about 325 º for 2 hours. Check to make sure they don't cook dry. Add more water as needed. Bake about 2 hours.
