3 cups frozen country-style hash browns, thawed
¼ cup melted butter
1 cup finely chopped cooked ham
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
¼ chopped green bell pepper
¼ sliced green onions
3 eggs
½ cup milk
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Preheat oven to 425ºF.

Place thawed hash browns in the bottom of a deep dish 9 inch pie plate. Drizzle with the butter. Bake for 25 minutes. Remove from the oven.

Decrease oven temperature to 350ºF. Mix the ham, cheese, green pepper and green onions in a bowl. Spread over the potatoes.

Beat the eggs, milk, salt and pepper in a bowl. Pour over the ham mixture.

Bake for 30 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.

Let stand for 30 minutes before serving.
