Personal Notes:
I clipped this recipe from the KC Star magazine around 1975. It was in the " Party Food" section of the recipes. It was a "go to" recipe when company came for many years. Carol remembers me serving it to her when she came to visit me in Parsons, KS. in 1976 or 77.

It had this intro to the recipe:

"A career girl, Miss Pat Bridgman, has worked out clever ways of having party food on hand at her apartment, 9218 W. 72nd, Overland Park. She keeps a seafood quiche in her freezer or has ingredients ready for some sort of quiche.

The quiches are baked in the center of a pre-heated 375-degree oven. They are done when the filling is slightly puffy and touched with brown and when a knife inserted in the center comes out clean."
