2 cups apple, diced
2 cups rhubarb, diced
2 T flour
1 egg
1 1/2 cups sugar

Topping:
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 cup flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 5 ingredients together and pour in a loaf pan. Mix topping ingredients together and scoop over the top. Bake at 350 until bubbly.
