4 thinly slice skillet steaks , such as top round
2 eggs
1 teaspoon oregano
salt and pepper
2 cups bread crums
¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic (minced)
vegetable oil
2 cup stewed tomatoes
deli ham
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese

Steps to make it

Place the eggs in a larger bowl, and whisk them together with the oregano, salt and pepper
Stir the parmesan cheese and garlic into the bread crumbs.
Dip the steaks first in the eggs mixture,, then in the bread crumbs, coating them well with the crumbs
Heat the vegetable oil in the skillet , and cook steaks for several minutes on each side, until golden brown and crispy. Drain steaks on
paper towels.
Place steak on a baking sheets. Turn oven 350 F
Top each steak with a slice of ham, 2 to 3 tablespoons stewed tomatoes and ¼ cup grated mozzarella cheese. Place the steaks
in the oven until cheese melts.
