2 lbs. fish fillets (cod, haddock, pollock, or other white fish)
salt and pepper
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. grated onion
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Season fish with salt and pepper.
Mix lemon juice, onion, and butter.
Dip fish into butter mixture and place on a greased baking dish.
Pour remaining butter mixture over fish.
Bake uncovered for 25 to 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
[Optional] Sprinkle with paprika.
