6 Medium Potatoes, diced
1 carrot, diced MIX TOGETHER
1 small Onion, diced
2 pounds Ground Beef

Crust
2 Cups Flour
1 teaspoon Salt
2/3 cups shortening (don't use butter or oleo)
1/2 cup cold water

Directions:
Directions:
CRUST

Mix together everything but water. Mix until it is coarse, then add water. Enough dough for four
medium pasties. Should double or triple the recipe.


Add a pat of butter on top of pastie filling.

Cook for one hour at 350 degrees.
