Crust
1-1½ cup graham crackers crushed
2 tsp sugar
3 Tbsp butter, melted.

Filling
19 oz of cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
3 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Crust:
Heat over to 350º F. Mix crumbs and sugar. Stir with melted butter and press into bottom and sides of a pie plate. Bake 10 min, remove and cool.

Filling:
Reduce oven to 300º. Beat cream cheese & sugar in a larger mixer bowl. Add vanilla. Beat eggs one at a time and pour over cracker crust. Bake 1 hour or until center is firm. Cool and top with fruit if desired. Chill at least 3 hours or overnight for best results.
