24 graham crackers
1/2 cup butter (melted)
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Filling:
2- 8 oz packages of Philly Cream Cheese, softened

1¼ cup powdered sugar
4 Tbls milk
1 tsp vanilla
Cool Whip,16 oz tub
Canned cherry pie filling

CRUST: Melt butter and set aside. Crush graham crackers and then add crackers, sugar and cinnamon and add to melted butter, mix thoroughly and pat in 9 x 13 glass baking pan.
Bake for 250º F for 5-7 min, just to let the crumbs brown a little. Set aside.

FILLING: First whip up the cream cheese until very creamy. Then add the remaining ingredients.
After beating for about 3-4 minutes, gradually add 1,16 oz Cool Whip. You beat this in gradually. Pour over graham cracker crumbs. Spread evenly.
Pour over the top 1 large can of Cherries. Refrigerate overnight for best results and then serve.
