Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 (10 oz) pkg Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix
½ tsp dill weed
¼ c vegetable oil (I used EVOO)
¼ tsp lemon pepper (optional)
¼ tsp garlic powder (optional)
1 (10 oz ) pkg oyster crackers

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 250º.
2. In a large bowl, wisk the dressing mix, spices and oil.
3. Add the oyster crackers, making sure to coat all the pieces.
4. Spread evenly on baking sheet. I used a half sheet pan.
4. Bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring gently after 10 minutes.
5. Remove from oven and allow to cool and store in container with tight-fitting lid.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I didn't have lemon pepper on hand, so I used the next best thing, Tajin brand lime pepper (chili lime), which you can find at Publix, Target, Super Wal-Mart and even Amazon. This seasoning is also great on fresh fruit like mangos and sour apples. I used all the seasonings in the recipe, and you will find this addicting.

When I first made these years ago, I used the no-bake recipe. Put oyster crackers in a large bowl and add the oil. Be sure to coat all the crackers. Sprinkle dressing mix, and spices and toss well.

Both methods are good, but I think I like the baked one better.
