1 C all-purpose flour
½ C cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp sea salt
2 large eggs
¼ C unsalted butter
¼ C vegetable oil
¾ C light brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1½ C shredded zucchini
1 C chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease loaf pan and set aside. Whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and sea salt. Set aside. In a large bowl,mix the eggs, melted butter, oil, vanilla extract, and brown sugar. Stir the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. Stir in the zucchini and ¾ cup of the chocolate chips. Pour batter into pan. Sprinkle the remaining ¼ cup of chocolate chips over the top of the bread. Bake for 50-60 minutes
