cucumbers
2 cups sugar
2 cups cider vinegar
1/8 cup salt
2 tsp ground ginger
2 tsp celery seed
2 tsp mustard seed
2 onions (optional)
2 mayonnaise jars
Directions:
Directions:
On low heat, stir all items except for cukes and onions until melted. Fill both jars with thinly sliced cukes and onions. Fill to top with liquid and refrigerate. Will keep for several months.
