2 lbs Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 boxes stuffing mix (I use chicken stuffing mix)
2 cans cream of chicken soup (you can substitute other cream soups)
1 can (or 14 oz) chicken broth
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
1. Spray slow cooker with non stick spray
2. Season chicken with salt and pepper
3. Place chick in bottom of slow cooker
4. Add stuffing mix over chicken (this is the dry mix)
5. Mix soup and broth in a separate bowl until blended and then pour over stuffing
6. Cook on High for 4 hours or low for 7 hours
