2½ C flour
2 C sugar
6 tsp cocoa powder
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp soda
4 eggs
2 C cream (sweet or sour)
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Sift together dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and then mix in the cream and vanilla. Add in the dry ingredients and mix for 2 minutes. Bake at 350º about 35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Serve with Caramel Icing.
