2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese, softened
1/2 C. butter, softened
2 C. sifted confectioners' sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract OR 1/2 tsp peppermint extract

Directions:
Directions:
In medium bowl, cream together cream cheese & butter until creamy. Mix in vanilla (or peppermint), then gradually stir in confectioner's sugar. Store in refrigerator after use.
