Ingredients:  
1 quart milk
2 pkg. yeast
1 1/2 C. sugar
4 eggs
3/4 - 1 C. lard
2 Tbsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat milk on stovetop. Add sugar and dissolve yeast in mixture.
2. Add remaining ingredients, mix, and let rise.
3. Mix and let rise once more.
4. Roll out dough on board. Cut and let rise.
5. Butter and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Roll into rolls.
6. Bake at 350ºF for 20-25 minutes.

*Can also deep-fry dough to make Long-johns and Bismark*
