1 box graham crackers
8 oz. Cool Whip
2 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. instant French vanilla pudding
2 1/2 cups milk


Topping:
6 T. Cocoa
2 T. oil
1 1/2 cup powder sugar
2 T. white corn syrup
3 T. milk
2 t. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix milk and pudding until smooth and then blend in the Cool Whip
Butter 13/9 pan.
Put one layer of graham crackers in pan.
Cover with 1/2 of pudding mix.
Put another layer of graham crackers onto of pudding.
Cover with the rest of the pudding mix.
Add last layer of graham crackers.

Mix topping and spread on top of graham crackers.
Chill for about 12 hours before serving.
