Potato puree


4 large potato
7 tbsp of butter
¼ cup of milk
salt, pepper and nutmeg


Meat filling

3 hard boil eggs
ground beef
1 peeled chorizo
2 chopped onions
1 chopped red pepper
½ a cup of beef broth
salt, pepper,paprika and bay leave.

Directions:
Directions:
Peel the potatos. Cook the potato in a pot with cold water and salt. In a large bowl, mash the potato with butter and milk, add salt, pepper and nutmeg.

In a large skillet brown the beef and chorizo, Add onions, red pepper, add the broth bay leaves and let it boil until there is little liquid. Add salt, pepper and paprika. Mix well. Spray with cooking spray a casserole or pie dish , lay 1 cm of potato puree or ( empanada doug ) empty all the meat filling onto the potato layer or empanada doug , the add the chopped hard boil eggs on top, and green olives. Cover with the rest of the potato puree . Beat a egg and cover the hold pastel or pie. Bake at 375 F. foro 25-30 minutes
