2 Tbsp butter
1/2 C. vodka
Crushed red pepper - to taste
1 can fire roasted tomatoes, diced
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 C. heavy cream
1/4 C. parmesan cheese
Meat (optional)
1 lb. pasta (penne or thin spaghetti)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Melt butter in frying pan and add vodka and red pepper. Heat for 2 minutes.
2. Pour in tomatoes and add salt. Cook on high for 5 minutes.
3. Stir in heavy cream and cook for another 5 minutes.
4. Add parmesan.
5. Cook pasta (al dente) and mix with sauce.
