3/4 C. pumpkin puree
1/4 C. shredded carrots
1/3 C. natural creamy peanut butter
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 egg, beaten
2 C. flour (plus more for rolling)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl and beat until combined. Transfer to a surface dusted with flour and roll out to about 1/2" thick. Use cookie cutters to cut out treats and transfer to prepared baking sheet.
3. Bake for 12-14 minutes or until they are slightly golden.
