3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 cup mashed bananas (2 medium)
1 ¾ cup flour or gluten-free alternative
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup choped pecans (optional)
3/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
In a stand mixer, combine sugar, oil, eggs, and mashed banana. Blend until smooth.

Add baking soda, baking powder, and salt and continue to blend.

Slowly add the flour a little at a time until it's completely Incorporated.

Add chocolate chips and nuts if desired.

Bake in a traditional loaf pan at 325º for 1 hour or until a knife inserted comes out clean. Let rest for 30 minutes on the countertop before removing the bread from the pan.

Allow the bread to completely cool before serving.
